How do your fees work?
Our management fees are a percentage of the rent received, and we provide additional services as needed for a fixed cost; such as healthy homes assessments, property maintenance, property appraisals for financial institutions, or tenancy establishment.

Can you help me navigate Healthy Homes compliance and the Residential Tenancies Act?
Yes, this is our speciality. Given the increased compliance requirements for healthy homes, insurance, and tenant management, we are seeing an increased need for an easy to manage system for compliance, and our portal enables this.
I have an older home that requires a higher level of maintenance, can you help?
We absolutely can. We manage a variety of properties from aged weatherboard from the 1900's through to 2000's plaster properties and modern day townhouses. Each requires different levels of maintenance; both for compliance and for the longevity of the property. We work with our homeowners and tenants to manage this effectively, engaging our maintenance teams to keep properties in top shape.
Do you do "one off" services such as inspections, new tenancies or repairs?
From time to time, we're happy to assist with 'one-off" requirements such as establishing a new tenancy, healthy homes assessments, or repair programmes (such as bringing homes up to HH compliance). We can also do short term management if you are overseas for more than 21 days in line with RTA requirements. Please touch base with us to discuss specific needs.
